Getting started with Meta AI

- Download the Meta AI app (not available in every country).
- Log in with a Meta account (create one with Facebook, Instagram, email or a phone number) and choose a Meta AI username. Your Meta AI profile is public.
- Tap “Ask Meta AI…”, then type your request, or tap the mic to talk.
- Pick a mode (e.g. Instant or Thinking) and ask follow-ups.
- Manage or delete chats under Menu → Settings → Data & privacy → Manage your information.
